Wet eggs

After a lovely brunch at the Sween’s complete with a grown up egg hunt and lots of babbling between Audrey and Isaac

We headed home to catch the neighborhood egg hunt for the kids.  One of our neighbors organizes it every year and it is a kick….even in the pouring rain.  We barely made it in time to get to the yellow starting line, but we got there.

Yeah! I just signed on to see if you had any Easter photos on here yet. So cute!! I’ve been waiting for an hour for easter photos to download and am going to bed. It rained yesterday for the first time in the 2 months I’ve been here – so strange! Talk to you soon. 🙂

Love it!! So glad you guys made it home in time!! I can hardly wait to see the baby chicks…hopefully today 🙂

Nothin’ like a good Seattle-style Easter! Looks like everybody had fun despite the weather. And boy does Audrey look exactly like you Karissa! Such cute kids you guys have!

That’s it! I’m moving to your neighborhood! Between the Easter egg hunt and the neighbor lady who does hair, does a neighborhood get any better than that?! James and I are the youngest people in our neighborhood; everyone else is between the ages of 50-90 . But I suppose I shouldn’t complain too much — they do look out for us.
